These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p828r ("p828r," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the p828r website located at p828r.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on p828r. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. p828r shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p828r login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. p828r will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify p828r immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. p828r reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorized access is suspected, pending investigation.

• Account name: Must match the name on your government-issued ID. Nicknames or aliases are not accepted.
• Mobile number: Must be a valid Philippine mobile number registered in your name. Used for OTP verification.
• Email address: Must be a valid, active email address accessible by you. Used for account communications and verification.
• Payment details: GCash, PayMaya, or bank account details must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

p828r reserves the right to close any account that was opened using false, misleading, or incomplete information, and to forfeit any balance held in such an account.

All financial transactions on p828r are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). p828r does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your p828r account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. p828r is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. p828r does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not registered in your name, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on your account.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. p828r may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Verified accounts typically receive GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• p828r reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account settings at the time of the request.
• p828r does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside p828r's control.

p828r offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all p828r promotions:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p828r and constitute a material breach of these Terms. p828r reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance held in such an account.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulently obtained payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using p828r for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to p828r. Accounts where chargebacks are initiated will be suspended pending investigation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause prevents p828r from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
